Become a CERTIFIED LAM PREFERRED PROVIDER
This certification represents the foundational level offered by the National Autism Academy. It signifies a solid understanding and demonstrated competence in providing Linear Autism Method Therapy (LAM) to clients, reflecting substantial training through the NAA.
Prerequisites: You must have completed the Training for professionals and Applications & Beyond before you can finish this certification process.

INITIAL CERTIFICATION PROCESS
- Successfully completed of 29.5 hour course
- Successfully completed “Applications and Beyond” Training
- Student currently holds a license to practice as a mental health professional in their field
- Student has submitted a request for certification application found at the end of the Training for Professionals Serving ASD Client’s and Their Families.
- Course Registration Fees are paid in full (certification is included).
NAA CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
- Complete 30-hour existing Professional NAA training (functional Issues)
- Pass NAA 300 Question Final Exam (Professional or Teacher Version) with 80% or more (3 attempts maximum)
- Complete new “Application and Beyond Training” (emotional issues)
- Pass Final EXAM
- Submit request to NAA for 1-year Certification with Fee with one of 2 structures:
- Annual Membership Structure: $97/yr to join (includes invite to live Q&A’s) and $97/yr to renew, Plus $97 application fee. OR non-member application fee of $249/yr and $49/yr to renew.
- Receive NAA electronic certification packet to be completed and submitted; It includes instructions on how to complete.
- Video discussion of case study #1, #2, #3, (5 minutes each maximum)
- Log of client hours with description of LAM techniques applied – 20 hours required
- Mis-Diagnosis Quiz

ANNUAL RENEWAL OF CERTIFICATION AFTER FIRST YEAR
- Receive an updated Certification Packet and Certificate
- $47 prior to lapse of previous certification
- $97 within 90 days of lapse of previous certification
