Instructions for this exercise: What Home Do You Live In?

This Exercise will give you some really valuable feedback both for now and as we move forward. The Exercise uses a sliding scale. That means you will be using a scale from 0 to 10 for each answer. You will pick between 0 to 10 for each answer – depending on which one best applies to you and your situation. On the scale, 0 is the HOME 1 option of the pair and 10 is the Home 2 option. Pick whichever number on the scale is most accurate for you.

The system will average your answers to give you some general feedback about how you feel you compare relative to YOUR OWN ideal of a stable emotional life (which is located at 10).
